Please be mindful of noise and enjoy your stay. - When checking out, washing dishes, tidying up trash, and separating recyclables are mandatory! (Use the recycling area on the back of the 1st floor of the building, paper is on the B1 floor) - When going out or checking out, please make sure to turn off all air conditioners, boilers, and lights. All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items (exceeding the set management fee), additional management fees may be requested. Please be sure to turn off the air conditioner, boiler, electricity, etc. when you go out or leave.
Everything was great. The apartment was excellent—clean, comfortable, and very pleasant to stay in. The location was also very convenient. I really enjoyed my stay.
