This is a clean, two-room villa that has recently undergone a full renovation. As shown in the photos, it is equipped with brand-new appliances and all the essentials, so you can move in comfortably with just your personal belongings. Please feel free to reach out with any questions, and we hope you decide to move in and enjoy your stay!
It is a 6-minute walk from the house to Songtan Station (personally measured), and the intercity bus terminal is 5 minutes away. A local bus stop is also within a short walking distance.
Smoking is not permitted inside the house, and pets are not allowed. We ask for your understanding. You are welcome to use the items stored in the kitchen cabinets (they have been thoroughly cleaned).
There is a medium-to-large supermarket (Highway Mart) nearby, and hospitals, the Nonghyup bank, and restaurants are within a 5-minute walk. Although it is a fourth-floor unit without an elevator, the stairs are not steep, making it manageable to go up and down without much fatigue.
There are no separate management fees. You only need to pay for the electricity and city gas you actually use. We will bill you based on meter readings.

The place is in excellent condition and very clean. Household items and daily necessities were provided, so I could just move in with my personal belongings and stay very comfortably for the month while my furniture was in storage. The host was incredibly kind, and it was great that parking was available nearby even when arriving late at night. Thank you so much.
