It is located just a 3-minute walk from Haeundae Jung-dong Station and 10 minutes from Haeundae Beach. There are plenty of large supermarkets and popular restaurants nearby, and you can reach Haeundae Dalmaji-gil and the beach train route within a 15-minute walk.
All utilities are included in the maintenance fee.

A great apartment for a week-long stay in Busan. We are foreigners with no prior experience using this app. Everything looked exactly like the photos, and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful. When we asked about drinking tap water, the host suggested buying bottled water; however, the very next day, we received a delivery containing a water filter—so kind! The property was clean and fully equipped with amenities, including a washing machine. Bed linens, towels, and toiletries were all provided. The location was a perfect 10/10—right next to the metro line and a 10-minute walk to the beach. There is also a great katsu restaurant in the building. The apartment was quite bright at night; blackout curtains would have been a useful addition.
It is a clean and comfortable place to stay. It has a great location and is well-equipped with amenities. The host is friendly and quick to respond. It's a great place.
