This is a convenient and neatly organized home. It has hotel-level cleanliness and interior design. All furniture and items are newly acquired. There are a total of 4 system air conditioners in all spaces: the living room and 3 rooms. There are 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms. Two rooms are equipped with queen-size beds, and the remaining room has a super single bed. It is prepared for up to 5 people. Beds and bedding are provided, and the kitchen is fully equipped with basic tableware. Internet and a desk for work are also available. Please note that excessive use of gas and electricity may incur additional charges.

As this is a short-term share (residential) arrangement, it is difficult to register your move-in. Smoking is not allowed, and unfortunately, pets are also not permitted. Check-in is after 3 PM, and check-out is by 11 AM. (Please note that if you check out late, cleaning will not be possible, and 50% of one night's accommodation fee will be charged.) Smoking is prohibited indoors and throughout the complex. Noise restriction hours are from 9 PM to 7 AM. Please be mindful not to disturb neighbors or cause any complaints.
