The room is equipped with a queen-sized bed, a table, a wardrobe, a refrigerator, and a cable TV with access to Netflix and YouTube; there is also a clean bathroom with a bidet. The communal kitchen is stocked with coffee, ramen, rice, and kimchi, and you have access to a laundry room featuring two washing machines and two dryers.
It is located behind the Ramada Hotel at Dongsuwon Intersection. The bus stop is named either "Suwon Employment & Welfare Plus Center, Dongsuwon Hospital, Ramada Hotel" or "Dongsuwon Intersection, Samsung Life Insurance." Airport bus No. 4000 stops here.
The move-in process is contactless, and an informational text message will be sent beforehand.
This is a clean and convenient place to stay, having been remodeled in 2024. It features a shared kitchen and laundry room, and guests can also enjoy the lovely rooftop area. Ramen, rice, kimchi, and coffee are stocked at the accommodation and are available for free. Dongsuwon Hospital, St. Vincent's Hospital, and Ajou University are nearby, and Suwon Hwaseong Haenggung Palace and the fortress walls are within a 20-minute bus ride.
All utility charges are included in the maintenance fee.
The common area on the 6th floor is excellent, and the place is clean and secure. I really enjoyed my stay!
