Room Usage Guide One person per room. Smoking indoors and bringing pets are not allowed. After the contract is confirmed, we will send you a guide message before you move in. Our accommodation is a studio-type living space and does not include basic bedding. Instead, if you wish, we rent bedding sets (duvet, pad, pillow) for a fee. 🔹 Short-term stay of 2 weeks or less: 20,000 won per set 🔹 Long-term stay of 2 weeks to 1 month or more: 30,000 won per month (Limited quantity)
In the event of damage or contamination of the item, compensation may be claimed depending on the extent of the damage. Thank you for using it with care!
All utilities except electricity and gas are included. Large dryer, Han River ramen maker, water purifier, and microwave are available for shared use. Items not included in the management fee (electricity, gas) will be settled and charged upon departure.
