We rent out the appliances and furniture as they are, so please restore the property to its original condition upon vacating.

It's nice that it's spacious, quiet, and has plenty of parking space.
Perhaps because the place had been vacant for a long time, there was severe mold in the bathroom and refrigerator—so bad that I couldn't use them. I had to rush out to buy cleaning supplies and a brush just to clean the bathroom before I could use it... I feel like I should be compensated for the cleaning costs. Also, the air conditioner drips water whenever the temperature is set below 26°C, so it really needs repairs. The sink pedal was already broken, so I just left the broken piece right there. The washing machine is unbalanced when running, causing an unbearable amount of noise... I’ve stayed in many short-term rentals, but I don't think the property should be rented out in this condition.
