There is a Homeplus and several convenience stores across the street, and the ground floor features a coffee shop, with Mega Coffee and Venti Coffee located right next door. It is just one subway stop away from Dongdaemun and close to Myeong-dong, Namdaemun, and Seoul Tower. The area is lined with famous restaurants along Daemyeong-geori and is close to Sungkyunkwan University. Seoul National University Hospital is located next to the subway station, and with a nearby police substation, there are no concerns regarding safety while walking in the area.
The rate includes charges for electricity, gas, and water. Guests should dispose of general household waste (excluding food waste) in the designated recycling bins located in the first-floor hallway. Stairwells and hallways are cleaned once a week, including ventilation and general area cleaning. For long-term stays, linens are replaced after 10 days or if drying is difficult. Maintenance fees cover the cost of hallway and outdoor lighting, as well as the upkeep of the first-floor area. Additional maintenance fees may be charged if included utilities are used excessively.
