The property is always kept clean and tidy, like a new house, with daily disinfection and bedding changes. It is furnished with a large table, lighting, a full-length mirror, and modular shelves, designed to accommodate both work and relaxation. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, glasses, and seasonings for long-term stays, and the bathroom is stocked with amenities, a hairdryer, a hair straightener, and towels. On the first floor of the accommodation, there is a convenience store and a Starbucks cafe, and McDonald's and Chinatown are located within a 1-minute walk. Nampo-dong and BIFF Square are just one stop away, perfect for a stroll after work. All spaces are tidied daily, so it's always as pleasant as the first day, no matter when you stay.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, additional management fees may be requested.
This place is clean and very close to Busan Station (literally right next to it); there are plenty of good places to eat nearby, and there is a Compose Coffee on the ground floor. The unit is clean and spacious, just like in the photos. I love this place and will definitely come back.
This is the kind of place I’d want to stay at every time I visit Busan; it’s right in front of Busan Station, and it was convenient to drive to places like Yeongdo and Gwangalli. The view is great—as you can see from the photos—but it’s even more impressive in person. I had a wonderful stay with absolutely nothing lacking.
