The property features a cozy garden overlooking the Ansan Trail and a pleasant walking path with a view of the scenic back gate of Yonsei University. - Air conditioning units are installed in both the living room and the bedroom. The base occupancy is 5 people, and an additional fee of 20,000 KRW applies per extra person.
It is a 5-minute walk down a slight hill to frequent buses for Sinchon Station (Line 2) and Hongje Station (Line 3). Close to the Swiss Grand Hotel and the international school. Close to Severance Hospital.
Smoking is not permitted. Once the contract is confirmed, I will send you the relevant details via text message.
Close to Ansan Dulle-gil (walking trail) and a restaurant street (10-minute walk); banks, marts, and Severance Hospital are also nearby.
We will bill you for the additional gas costs resulting from excessive heating usage.
We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. Everything we needed was well-provided (toiletries, towels, kitchen essentials, drinking water, etc.). The host was very responsive to all our inquiries.
