The landlord lives in the same building and promptly attends to any requests. As this is a studio unit, occupancy is limited to one person (two people are not permitted). Please bring your own personal hygiene items, such as towels. Resident registration is not available.
All utility charges are included in the management fee. Additional management fees may be charged in the event of excessive usage.
The place was clean, and the stay was pleasant without any issues like dampness or discomfort. It was convenient to get around thanks to the nearby bus stop and Sangdo Station, and the surrounding alleys were well-lit, so I didn't feel unsafe walking around late at night. I was especially satisfied with how clean and well-maintained the bathroom was. Overall, it was a very comfortable place to stay!!!
It gets plenty of sunlight, so it really doesn't feel like a semi-basement unit. It was clean, and the host was kind. I had a great stay!
The landlord responded quickly and conveniently because they were in the same building. I used it because my moving dates didn't match. It's a semi-basement, but it's safe because it's not on a busy street. It's comfortable and fully furnished, so I had everything I needed. ^^ The location is also good.
