The air conditioner has been professionally cleaned. Amenities include a comfortable bed with bedding and pillows, a direct-flow water purifier, clothes hangers, a desk, a rice cooker, and an electric kettle. We also provide basic toiletries (toothpaste, toothbrush, and soap), toilet paper, and bags for general and food waste. Two washing machines are shared among ten households. We provide six 2-liter bottles of drinking water per week. You have access to shared washing machines and dryers. The heating system operates 24 hours a day, ensuring a constant supply of hot water. Internet speed is approximately 70–80 Mbps.
It is a 3-minute walk to the bus stop bound for Galwol-dong/Namyeong-dong and a 5-minute walk to the bus stop bound for Seoul Station; it is also a 5-minute walk to Seoul Station (Line 4), 7 minutes to Seoul Station (Line 1), and 7 minutes to Sookmyung Women's Univ. Station (Line 4).
For additional stays of one week or less, the rate is 25,000 KRW per day (including maintenance fees); please let us know in advance. Due to the nature of the studio, please avoid making loud noises, and do not speak loudly after 10 PM. You will be required to cover the cost of any damage to property, staining or damage to bedding or towels, wall stains, loss of provided items, or damage to/soiling of household goods using your security deposit. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the room. Please do not lie on the bed or lean against the walls while wearing clothing (such as jeans or T-shirts) that may transfer dye. Please avoid spilling food on the bedding. Placing bedding on the floor can cause damage. Using towels to wipe up spills or dirt—rather than for personal use—can damage them; please use the dishcloth provided at the sink instead. Please do not scratch or damage the rice cooker by using a spoon instead of the provided paddle. When using the induction cooktop, please be careful not to burn the pot by heating it too rapidly. Please do not remove any of the provided household items. The labor costs covered by the cleaning fee are insufficient to address the issues mentioned above. Furthermore, most bedding and household items are reused by other guests after cleaning, so we kindly ask that you use them with care.
A Seoul Station supermarket, Daiso, and Huam Market are within a 10-minute walk, while the bustling districts of Namyeong-dong and Sookmyung Women's University are 15 minutes away. Towards Namsan, you will find hiking trails and Namsan Park, as well as Namsan Tower, which offers a panoramic view of Seoul.
Additional management fees will be charged if utilities such as electricity and water are used excessively.

It was very clean—everything, including the kitchen and bed linens—and I felt relaxed. It was also close to Seoul Station and easy to get to, which was important to me! The landlord was very kind.
