The air conditioner has been professionally cleaned. Amenities include a comfortable bed with bedding, a direct-flow water purifier, an induction cooktop, a kettle, hangers, and a desk; we also provide towels, shower towels, toiletries (including toothpaste and a toothbrush), toilet paper, and bags for general and food waste. Six 2-liter bottles of drinking water are provided per week. A washing machine is installed in the room, and a communal dryer is available for use. The heating system operates communally 24 hours a day, ensuring a constant supply of hot water.
It is a 3-minute walk to the bus stop bound for Galwol-dong/Namyeong-dong and a 5-minute walk to the bus stop bound for Seoul Station; it is also a 5-minute walk to Seoul Station (Line 4), 7 minutes to Seoul Station (Line 1), and 7 minutes to Sookmyung Women's Univ. Station (Line 4).
If you wish to extend your stay for a week or less, the rate is 30,000 KRW per day (including maintenance fees); please let us know in advance. Due to the nature of the studio apartment, please avoid making loud noises, especially after 10 PM. You will be required to pay for any damages or cleaning costs—deducted from your security deposit—in the event of property damage, soiled or damaged bedding/towels/walls, lost items, or broken/soiled household goods. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the room. Please do not lie on the bed or lean against the walls while wearing clothing (such as jeans or T-shirts) that may transfer dye. Please avoid spilling food on the bedding. Placing bedding on the floor can cause damage. Using towels to wipe up spills or dirt instead of drying your body can damage them; please use the dishcloth provided at the sink instead. Please do not scratch or damage the rice cooker by using a spoon instead of the provided paddle. When using the induction cooktop, please be careful not to burn the pot by heating it too rapidly. Please do not remove any of the provided household items from the room. Standard cleaning fees do not cover the costs associated with the issues mentioned above. Additionally, most bedding and household items are reused by other guests after cleaning, so we kindly ask that you use them with care.
A Seoul Station supermarket, Daiso, and Huam Market are within a 10-minute walk, while the bustling districts of Namyeong-dong and Sookmyung Women's University are 15 minutes away. Towards Namsan, you will find hiking trails and Namsan Park, as well as Namsan Tower, which offers a panoramic view of Seoul.
Additional management fees will be charged if utilities such as electricity and water are used excessively.
