π The utility/management fee covers the rent as well as common area maintenance, electricity, water, gas, TV, and Wi-Fi. π Please feel free to make yourself at home, but be sure to set the heating to "Away" mode when you go out. :) π Please note that additional fees may be charged if the included utilities are used excessively.
Itβs surprisingβeven though itβs an old building, thereβs no humidity despite it being summer. Also, the air conditioner was great because it was virtually silent.
