💙🏠 This is a clean room that was renovated in March with an interior designed and worked on by the host. 💙📺️ This room is equipped with a 40-inch QLED internet TV (235 channels) and high-speed internet (500MB). 💙🛏️ A super single bed and a top-quality mattress (27cm) are provided. 💙 This is a fully equipped room with air conditioning, a refrigerator, a washing machine, a microwave, a highlight, a coffee machine, a rice cooker, etc. 💙 You can store your carrier, clothes, and items in the spacious built-in closet. 💙💡 You can choose the mood lighting color to suit your taste. 💙 You can use the balcony space for a wider area.
🟦 8 minutes on foot from Exit 1 of Hongik University Station. 🟦 🚶♂️ You can move to Hongdae downtown, Hapjeong Station, Sangsu Station, Yeonnam-dong, Hapjeong-dong, Sinchon Station (Hyundai Department Store), and Yeonhui-dong. 🟦 🚌 When using the bus, you can move to Hangang Park, Seonyudo, Dangsan, Yonsei University, Sogang University, and Ewha Womans University within 20 minutes. 🟦 🚇 You can use Subway Line 2, Airport Railroad, and Gyeongui Jungang Line from Hongik University Station.

All utility bills are included in the management fee (electricity, gas, water, internet, TV). Please be advised that if the management fee exceeds the average monthly amount (300,000 KRW) by more than 30%, the excess amount may be deducted from your deposit. This is to prevent excessive use and waste, and we appreciate your understanding.
The host was very kind and responded quickly. They replied immediately whenever I had a question, and I really liked the room's interior and facilities. It was close to transportation and amenities, and the soundproofing was excellent, so I was very satisfied with my stay. It's a shame I couldn't stay longer because of another reservation, but that's my only regret. I had a wonderful experience!

The clean interior was so pretty that I was happy throughout my stay. Plus, it was close to Hongik University Station, so it was great for getting around!! The area was quiet, so it was good for concentrating on studying for a week. The host was also very kind, so I had a comfortable stay with their thoughtful consideration. I highly recommend it!
