Station.

All utility charges—including electricity, gas, water, internet, and TV—are included in the management fee. Please be advised that if the actual utility costs exceed the standard monthly average (300,000 KRW) by more than 30%, the excess amount may be deducted from your security deposit. This policy is in place to prevent excessive usage and waste, and we ask for your kind understanding.

The host was very kind and responded quickly. They replied immediately whenever I had a question, and I really liked the room's interior and facilities. It was close to transportation and amenities, and the soundproofing was excellent, so I was very satisfied with my stay. It's a shame I couldn't stay longer because of another reservation, but that's my only regret. I had a wonderful experience!

The clean interior was so pretty that I was happy throughout my stay. Plus, it was close to Hongik University Station, so it was great for getting around!! The area was quiet, so it was good for concentrating on studying for a week. The host was also very kind, so I had a comfortable stay with their thoughtful consideration. I highly recommend it!
