Check-in is contactless. We will send you a guide message at 9:00 AM on the day of check-in. Please refrain from smoking indoors, and pets are kindly requested to be kept away. Please refrain from making loud noises in the evening and at bedtime. Please be sure to return the underground parking card key to the designated location. Please dispose of food waste in the space next to the ground-level parking lot on the first floor of the building, and please separate recyclables.
There is a laundromat on the first floor of the building, and GS25 and CU convenience stores are a 2-minute walk away. It is located in Dunsan-dong, the core living area of Daejeon, and is close to Galma-dong, making it convenient to use lifestyle facilities and enjoy Daejeon's restaurants and trends.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, additional management fees may be requested.
