It is a 10-minute walk from Gocheok Sky Dome and a 7-minute walk from the Dongyang Future University Guro Sungshim Hospital bus stop.
Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with usage instructions. Smoking is not allowed indoors, and please reduce noise after 9 PM for the sake of the neighbors, as this is a residential area.
It's convenient because there are restaurants and convenience stores just a short walk down.

The interior looks exactly like the photos. The bedroom and dining areas are separated, making it easy to organize daily activities. Even though we are a family of four, including two children, the space didn't feel cramped at all because the bed and sofa bed were spacious and comfortable. We needed to do laundry every day, so having a washer and dryer provided was a huge plus. Each room has windows, which is great for ventilation, and there is a separate storage room next to the house where we kept large items like our suitcases. Both the neighbors upstairs and next door were very kind and helpful in many ways. We made so many warm memories during our month-long stay. It will be a wonderful memory for us.
