This apartment is an 8-minute walk from Express Bus Terminal Station, a triple station area with subway lines 3, 7, and 9. You can easily travel around Seoul by subway. Located right in front of the Gyeongbu Expressway entrance, there are plenty of local and express buses to Seoul and the Gyeonggi area.

The entrance to the Banpo District of Hangang Citizen's Park is right next to the complex. You can walk along the Han River just 3 minutes from your home, and enjoy the Banpo Bridge fountain, the night view of Sebitseom, and yachts. There are many restaurants in the apartment complex's shopping center, including Hanshin Chicken, and the Express Bus Terminal Station, 8 minutes away, has abundant shopping centers such as Shinsegae Department Store and the terminal underground shopping center. The Seoul Arts Center in Seocho-dong is also nearby.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, you may be asked to pay an additional management fee.

The location is good and the landlord was very considerate, so I'd like to come back again next time.
The location was great and the host was great. I stayed with my mom, and the nearby Han River Park was just a 5-minute walk away, and the Shinsegae Terminal was a 10-minute walk away, so we had a very comfortable stay. The house was clean, and it's a place I'd like to stay again.
