The room itself was good considering the price. The only issue was that the toilet didn't fully flush each time. The main issue was the host, to be honest. 1. The host writes in a passive-aggressive tone. Not sure if that was intentional or just caused by a translator. 2. CCTV is not there only for security. You will be monitored and every small mistake will be seen and commented on. 3. The rules are written in one way but being enforced another. Granted the rules are written in broken English and the correct idea might not come through. Due to some events, it seemed that other guests also understood the rules differently from the host. They seem to be a newer place, so hopefully, they get their guidebooks and rules clear so some incidents could be avoided.
