This is a clean room that was recently remodeled. It gets plenty of sunlight during the day. It's a fully furnished room (dehumidifier included, dryer and air purifier excluded). The landlord lives upstairs, so if you let us know of any inconveniences, we will help you quickly. As this is a residential area, please be considerate and keep quiet late at night. You can take a bus to Gwangalli Beach (20 minutes away) within a 5-minute walk. You can take a bus to Yeonsan Station, City Hall, and Centum within a 5-minute walk. A maximum of one car can be parked in front of the house, and you can park in the parking lot of the supermarket 3 minutes away.
The standard occupancy is 2-3 people (no additional cost), and a maximum of 4 people can be accommodated, but an additional 20,000 KRW will be charged for bedding for one person. The password will be provided one day before check-in after the contract is confirmed. Smoking is not allowed indoors. Pets are not allowed. Additional charges may apply for damage or soiling of property or bedding.
Convenience stores, supermarkets, cafes, and coin laundries are available within a 5-minute walk.
All costs, including electricity and water, are set at 20,000 won per week. City gas costs will be additionally charged from the move-in date to the move-out date.
