- Please always keep the space clean, tidy, and well-ventilated. - Smoking is prohibited indoors. - Please be considerate of neighbors and keep noise levels down, especially after 10 PM. - No refunds will be issued for any reason after the contract is confirmed or during the stay. - The photos were taken before move-in; the space is currently furnished and contains personal items. - These items will be neatly organized and stored in one area; you may simply leave them undisturbed during your stay. - Any damage to the property or items, or theft, will be subject to legal action. - You are responsible for any issues caused by your own negligence and must provide compensation for damages. - You must vacate the room by the scheduled check-out time and restore it to the same clean condition as it was upon move-in.
