Unit Guide

1) Occupancy Information · All rooms are based on single occupancy. · Additional fees apply for extra occupants (including guests staying over); please inquire in advance. 2) Check-out Information · Check-out time: By 12:00 PM (noon). · Please clear away personal belongings and dispose of trash before checking out. 3) Shared Facilities · 2nd Floor: Kitchenette · 3rd Floor: Washing machine/dryer for bedding · 4th Floor: Rice, ramen, water purifier, and coffee machine provided · Rooftop: Smoking area 4) Shared Space Etiquette · Please restore the space to its original condition for the next user. (Clean countertops/sinks, separate food waste/general trash/recyclables, wipe up floor spills, etc.) · Do not leave personal items unattended for long periods (shared spaces are for everyone's use). · Please tidy up after using the washer/dryer and refrain from using them at night. 5) Cleaning and Check-out Standards · There are no separate management or cleaning fees. However, restoration costs may be charged if the room is heavily soiled (bad odors, stains, left-over trash, etc.) or damaged upon check-out. 6) Prohibited Items and House Rules · Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited. · Please refrain from making loud noises (be considerate of others in the shared living space). · Excessive occupation or unauthorized use of shared spaces is prohibited. · Activities that are dangerous or cause excessive noise or odors may be restricted for safety reasons. 7) Provided Items (Fee applies for short-term stays of less than one month) · Bedding (duvet/pillow), towels, shampoo, body wash, and toilet paper provided. · Fee: 20,000 KRW (one-time charge per person upon check-in).
