It's neat and clean. However, the bathroom is quite small.
I lived here for two months, and it's a good place for a short stay. The host is also easy to communicate with and kind. The bus stop is a 2-minute walk away, and the bus intervals are not long. There's also a convenience store right in front, which is convenient. As for the downsides, the alley is dark, so delivery drivers often had trouble finding it in the evening. The sink and shower sometimes filled with water, but it wasn't a major inconvenience. The building next door sometimes plays loud music at night, so keep that in mind if you're sensitive to noise.
