Next to Lotte Castle Golden Honor in Gaya-dong, right next to Exit 5 of Dongui University Station. Take shuttle bus 6-1 (get off at the 2nd stop) to Dongui University. Get off at the entrance of Dongui University and turn left. If you go straight, you will find an old apartment building. From Seomyeon Lotte Department Store, take bus 110-1 towards Dongui University and get off at Gaya High School. Take bus 110-1 right in front of Dongui University, and it's a 10-minute ride to the main entrance of Lotte Department Store Seomyeon.
I will personally guide you through the check-in process. 👉Please bring your own blankets, pillows, towels, hairbrushes, shower towels, cutlery sets, toothbrushes, and toothpaste. ✅️Dishes, food ingredients, pots, frying pans, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, hair dryer, dish soap, and laundry detergent (shared with the share house) are provided. ✔Check-out will be approved if there is no loss, breakage, or damage. Pets and indoor smoking are not allowed. ❌️
Jeong Share House Gaya-dong, Busanjin-gu 🏡 The Dong-eui University branch is in an old apartment building, so there is no elevator. It's on the ground floor, so you can stay comfortably. You can buy any items you need at the CU convenience store right across the street. Jeong Share House Dong-eui University branch 🏡 Gamgogae Park is a 3-minute walk away. It's great for a light stroll 🚶♂️. The area around the Dong-eui University branch 🏡 is a famous restaurant street. It's conveniently located near the 110-1 bus terminal, restaurants, a university, and a high school, so the amenities are good, and the neighborhood is bright and pleasant. A 24-hour CU convenience store, the 110-1 bus stop, and the Gaya-dong restaurant street are all just a 1-minute walk away. Coffee Bay, Hasamdong, Ediya Coffee, snack bars, gukbap restaurants, milmyeon restaurants, pubs, and 24-hour convenience stores are all within a 5-minute walk on the Gaya restaurant street, making for great convenience. 👉Please search for "Share House" on Naver and sign a contract after careful consideration. 👉This is a place where independent and shared spaces coexist, just like a university dormitory.
If you overuse the included items ▶️, ✅️ additional management fees may be requested. In summer and winter, electricity and city gas costs are high, so the price will be reflected accordingly.
