This is a neat, recently renovated room. Located in a residential area of Gyeongju, it is just a 2-minute walk to a large Top Mart and a 10-minute walk to Hwangseong Park. Major attractions like Hwangnidan-gil, the museum, and Donggung Palace & Wolji Pond are within a 10-minute drive. It offers excellent accessibility to key tourist spots. It is ideal for business trips or an extended stay in Gyeongju, and features convenient private parking. We will do our best to ensure you have a pleasant and comfortable trip!
The bus stop is a 5-minute walk away. Parking for guests is available.
The entire building is a non-smoking area. Please use recycling bags for trash. Please dispose of food waste in the designated bin located in the 1st-floor parking area. Based on 2 guests. An additional fee of 30,000 KRW applies for each extra guest. A mattress topper and bedding are provided. An additional set of topper and bedding costs 20,000 KRW. A fine applies for smoking. The fine is 300,000 KRW. Please turn off the air conditioning and heating when you go out. 🙏
Charges not included in the maintenance fee will be calculated and billed upon check-out. Winter gas charges are not included in the maintenance fee (Nov–Mar). Summer electricity charges are not included in the maintenance fee (Jun–Sep). Gas charges are billed if the cost exceeds the 20,000 KRW base amount for a 7-day period. Electricity charges are billed if the cost exceeds the 20,000 KRW base amount for a 7-day period. Additional person: 30,000 KRW per person. A mattress topper and bedding are provided. Additional topper and bedding only: 20,000 KRW. Base usage is included in the maintenance fee.
