※ You will receive an information text message upon booking. ※ Please keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM out of consideration for neighbors. ※ Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited. If indoor smoking is detected (during your stay or after check-out), you will be charged for restoration costs to address wallpaper damage and odor removal; a minimum additional fee of 200,000 KRW will apply. Please use the designated smoking area near the outdoor recycling station. ※ Pets are not allowed. If a pet is found on the premises, you may be asked to leave immediately, and additional fees ranging from 500,000 to 700,000 KRW may be charged depending on the extent of contamination. ※ The use of candles indoors is prohibited. The guest bears full liability for any fire caused by such use. ※ Please notify us in advance if there are any additional guests beyond the number specified in the reservation. The base occupancy is two people; an additional fee of 50,000 KRW per week applies for each extra person. ※ Due to the nature of short-term rentals, bedding, towels, and amenities are not provided by default. These items are available for rent if needed; the rental fee for bedding and towels is 20,000 KRW. ※ Please sort your recycling and dispose of trash properly upon check-out. This service is not included in the cleaning fee; an additional charge of 30,000 KRW applies if the trash and recycling have not been properly sorted and disposed of.
