It’s a great place to live; the room is spacious and in excellent condition, the landlord is kind, and the layout and furniture arrangement are well-planned.
It’s spacious, well-maintained, and cozy. Although there were a few negative reviews, I could tell they had made an effort to address those issues; the place feels cozy and the neighborhood is quiet, making it easy to get a good night's sleep. Regarding parking, there is usually one spot open, but it requires double parking; since I tend to sleep in, I used a public parking lot to avoid the risk of getting a call to move my car.
