Contactless Check-in Information • This accommodation operates with contactless check-in. • Check-in time: After 3 PM / Check-out time: Before 11 AM • The front door password will be individually sent via Samsam M2 message at 10 AM on the day of check-in. 🚫 2. Precautions for Use (Must Read) • Absolute No Smoking Indoors: The entire building is a non-smoking area. If indoor smoking is detected, a special cleaning fee will be charged, and you will be immediately evicted. • Noise Control: Please refrain from loud noises or shouting after 10 PM for the sake of our neighbors. • No Pets: Pets are not allowed. • Caution with Strong-Smelling Cooking: When cooking strong-smelling foods, please use the exhaust fan and ventilate the windows simultaneously. ⚠️ 3. Caution Regarding Damage to Furniture and Fixtures • Wooden Desk Care: Due to the nature of wood, hot cups or moisture can cause discoloration if they come into direct contact. Please be sure to use the provided coasters. Repair costs may be charged for any damage. • Damage to Fixtures and Facilities: Repair/replacement costs may be charged for damage or severe contamination of appliances and furniture. 💡 4. Check-out Information - Please place sorted recyclables and food waste in the designated bags in front of the villa entrance on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays. - When going out, please turn off the lights, check the power for heating/cooling, and the gas valve.

We recommend the 'Yeopjeon Dosirak' where you can make your own lunchbox. 🌿 Suseongdong Valley: Located right below Inwangsan Mountain, this valley appears in the paintings of Gyeomjae Jeongseon. It's the best light walking course from the accommodation, and the scenery after the rain is particularly spectacular.
