This is a 40-pyeong (approx. 132 sq m) house. One of the rooms with a Han River view is available, so we operate it as a shared house where our family also resides, offering private rooms.
You can walk, run, or ride along the Han River in 5 minutes. There is a Korean buffet on the 1st floor that changes its menu every day until 10 PM, so you can eat at a low price.
The current average monthly management fee is 400,000 won. For the excess amount of 400,000 won per month, it will be halved.
