    The high ceilings create an airy and open atmosphere. The visible areas were generally well-cleaned, giving a good first impression. However, there were several downsides. Although the unit accommodates three people, only one pillow was provided, and the single bed had only a mattress, forcing me to buy my own bedding. A hair dryer and a drying rack were also not provided. It was inconvenient not being able to reach the landlord at all on the first day, and the lack of curtains on the large windows made it difficult to sleep in due to the morning sunlight. The biggest issue was the condition of the beds. The main mattress was severely sagging and collapsed, making sleep very uncomfortable, while the single mattress in the loft area was in such poor condition that the springs could be felt. While the layout and cleanliness of the accommodation itself are fine, simply upgrading the beds and bedding would make for a much more satisfying stay.

    Cons 1. The bed springs have completely collapsed. 2. There are quite a few small bugs. 3. The curtains are too small to block out any sunlight. 4. Despite being a duplex, there isn't as much storage space as expected. 5. There was a strange, musty odor from the very first day. 6. The bathroom shower fixture is old and worn out. Pros 1. Good opportunity to experience living in a duplex. 2. Good airflow and plenty of sunlight. 3. Unobstructed view thanks to the high floor. 4. The neighborhood is generally quiet (though you can hear students chatting late into the night). 5. Two sets of tables and chairs. 6. Washer-dryer combo (the dryer function is old, so the heat lingers for a very long time after use). + Replacing the beds with new ones would make this a much better place to stay. Both beds have very weak, collapsed springs... this is definitely something that needs improvement.
