I found this place in a hurry, but I had a good stay!

I stayed for 6 weeks due to moving issues, and there were no problems with its use. The poor ventilation was a structural issue, so there was nothing that could be done. Also, I think it would be helpful to indicate the exclusive use area when choosing.
