Pros: Close to Pyeongtaek Station Cons: The place hadn't been cleaned at all by the check-in day, unpleasant odor from the bedding, the air conditioner needed cleaning, and cigarette smoke was coming in through the vents. I appreciate the quick response from the host's wife, but it seems significant improvements are needed.

It's a quiet room at the end of the hallway. It's close to Pyeongtaek Station, and there are restaurants nearby and a convenience store on the first floor, so it was convenient to live there. The cleaning was good, but the areas not visible to the eye were a bit disappointing. Overall, I had a good stay without any major inconveniences. Please take good care of the bedding. The smell was very, very strong.
