Utility bills will be settled upon check-out after actual measurement.^^ For affiliated universities, a 30,000 won discount on utility bills is provided.^^ - If there are visitors other than the contract holder, additional management fees will be incurred. - Cleaning at the level of check-out cleaning, not regular cleaning, will be charged at actual cost. Upon completion of payment, the 33M2 deposit will be approved for return. - No smoking indoors. If smoking indoors, deodorization fees will be charged (around 200,000 won per instance). - If walls are damaged, a restoration fee of 50,000 won per side will be charged. - For additional occupants, a management fee of 70,000 won per person per week will be added.
