This is a clean and pleasant room that has been recently remodeled. Samsung WindFree air conditioners are installed in both the living room and bedroom, so it's very cool. This is a highly satisfactory accommodation with a rating of 4.9 or higher, which was used on other platforms until recently. This is a fully-equipped room with a bed, sofa, air conditioner (living room, room), refrigerator, and TV.
It is convenient to use public transportation such as taxis or buses. All buses in the 100s from the intercity bus terminal to Donam-dong pass in front of the accommodation.
Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with information on how to use the accommodation. Smoking is not allowed indoors. (Please smoke in the parking lot or outside the building) The accommodation is available for a minimum of 2 people and a maximum of 4 people. If you have a larger group, you can use the adjacent room (Room 202) to accommodate up to 8 people. Electricity and water bills are included in the maintenance fee, but the city gas fee will be charged separately based on the amount used.
Cafes, convenience stores, laundromats, dry cleaners, billiards halls, karaoke rooms, and restaurants are within a 1-2 minute walk, making it convenient for daily life. The International Music Hall, Tongyeong Cable Car, Tongyeong Luge, traditional market, and coastal park are within a 5-minute drive. You can climb Mireuksan Mountain in about 2-3 hours from the accommodation. It's nice to sit on a bench on the spacious rooftop with artificial grass and have a drink while looking at Tongyeong Port.
If you overuse the included items, additional management fees may be requested. City gas fees, which are not included, will be charged upon check-out after accurately measuring the amount used.
The host was incredibly kind, and the accommodation was spotless. The Luge and cable car are within walking distance, and there are plenty of great restaurants nearby. I stayed for a week without a single inconvenience, and the bedding was extremely comfortable. I absolutely loved the stylish decor and charming interior accents throughout the place. I believe this is one of the few truly wonderful accommodations in Tongyeong. Thank you so much to the host for being so attentive in every way! ^.^
