If you are using your own car, you can arrive within 30 minutes from Jeju Airport (search for Hamdeok Hamiltown 2 on your navigation system). If you are using public transportation, take express bus 101 from Jeju Airport on Road 516, get off at Shinheung-ri (village entrance), transfer to bus 701-1, and get off at the Korea Institute of Ocean Science and Technology (East). (If you are walking, the accommodation is a 7-minute walk from Shinheung-ri (village entrance)). If you are taking a taxi from Jeju Airport, it will cost approximately 20,000 won.
- Check-in is in person. Please complete the check-in process at the office on the 7th floor of the building next to the accommodation (the CU building on the 1st floor) and receive check-in instructions! - Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors! - Please clean up after your pet and remove any odors! (Separate room operation applies) - Recycling is on the 1st floor. Please do it frequently to maintain a pleasant environment! - Please refrain from loud noises late at night!
- Management fees will be settled and notified upon check-out! - The deposit will be refunded after confirming the management fee payment! - A laundry fee of 20,000 won will be charged if you use extra blankets other than those set up in the bedroom! - As we are a rental accommodation, disposable items, towels, and toilet paper (seasonings, etc.) are not provided!
