This is a private unit on the second floor. Parking is always available near the first-floor entrance. A convenience store is a 1-minute walk away, and Grand Mart and Daein Market are a 5-minute walk away. You can also use the commercial facilities of nearby apartment complexes. The Asia Culture Center and Chungjang-ro, where you can shop, are a 15-minute walk away. You can also visit Dongmyeong-dong Restaurant and Cafe Street, a popular spot. Lotte Department Store is a 5-minute walk away. Gwangju Station is suitable for 2-3 people, and can accommodate 4. For families with three children, 5 people are possible. For groups of 4 or more, an additional 10,000 won management fee will be charged. No smoking indoors. There is no special view. There may be some noise during the day, but it becomes quiet in the evening when everyone leaves work. However, you may occasionally hear faint classical ensemble practice sounds from the first floor.
Geumnam-ro 5-ga Station is a 10-minute walk to the subway platform, and buses are conveniently available nearby.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, you may be asked to pay an additional management fee.

It was the perfect place for two people to stay. It was fully equipped with a fan, air conditioner, and vacuum cleaner, and the water pressure was great, so we had a comfortable two weeks! Thank you!
