It is a 3-minute walk from Exit 4 of Taepyeong Station on the subway. It is on the Suin-Bundang Line, so it is easy to access Bundang and Gangnam. There are many convenient facilities nearby, such as Gachon University, hospitals, and supermarkets, so you can use them comfortably.
Check-in time is after 5 PM on weekdays and 6 PM on weekends. Check-out is at noon. Smoking is prohibited in the entire building. If you smoke, you will be charged for wallpaper replacement costs (200,000 KRW or more).
The management fee is 20,000 won per week, and the laundry room can be used free of charge. (Detergent provided, fabric softener not provided)

I've only booked officetels through 33M2 before, but I liked this hotel-style place because I didn't have to go down myself to sort the trash. Recommended for those who don't like hassle! The floor heating was subtly on by itself, so it was warm. If I had to point out a downside... maybe a bit lacking in sunlight? It doesn't matter much if you go out during the day, though... First of all, the value for money is insane! Very satisfied for the price!!
