❤ First occupancy after recent remodeling ❤ - It's a great place for a walk near Gunggeorangcheon. - There is a park and playground right in front of the accommodation. - There are supermarkets, hospitals, cafes, etc. nearby. - Each room is equipped with air conditioning. - Beds: 1 queen size, 1 super single (Bedding provided for 1 additional person) - Equipped with TV, induction cooktop, microwave, washing machine, Dyson vacuum cleaner - Clean bathroom after recent remodeling 🌞 Bedding hygiene management All bedding, including blankets, pillows, and covers at our accommodation, are washed, dried, and replaced after each guest's departure.

- Check-in is contactless. - Check-in is at 3 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. - Once the reservation is confirmed, we will send you a check-in and information message. - Smoking is not allowed indoors. - A small yard and outdoor toilet are available for use. - Compensation may be charged for damage or contamination of property.
- Nearby attractions include Gunggeorangcheon (Cherry Blossom Festival), Taehwagang National Garden, Migratory Bird Center, Ulsan Science Museum, and Ulsan Grand Park. - There are supermarkets, hospitals, cafes, etc. nearby.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, additional management fees may be requested. The accommodation is provided for a basic 1-3 people, and can accommodate up to 4 people. (Additional cost of 20,000 won for one extra person) If you bring a pet, an additional cleaning fee of 50,000 won will be requested.
The place was clean, and the hosts were very considerate, ensuring I had a comfortable stay. The location was great for getting around, and it was nice not having to worry about parking! I was worried about finding a place to stay for two months because my renovation work was taking longer than expected, but I ended up having a completely hassle-free stay. ^^

I stayed here for a month while my home was being remodeled; the place was spotless and very comfortable. The landlord was great, too, and the surrounding area has excellent amenities.
