All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, additional management fees may be requested. The accommodation is provided for a basic 1-3 people, and can accommodate up to 4 people. (Additional cost of 20,000 won for one extra person) If you bring a pet, an additional cleaning fee of 50,000 won will be requested.
