If you are looking for a place with a nice interior or a short-term rental, come enjoy a comfortable lifestyle in this spacious 52-pyeong apartment. All four bedrooms and the living room have been expanded, creating a wide and pleasant atmosphere. The bathrooms have been fully renovated and are kept spotless. Basic kitchenware is fully stocked, and the air conditioner is brand new. It features a 75-inch TV and a Bodyfriend massage chair. With four beds and ample built-in closets in every room, there is plenty of storage space. There is plenty of parking available, even if you arrive late at night. Parking registration is available for up to four vehicles. Located in a building near the entrance for convenience, it is part of a large 1,500-unit complex with excellent local amenities and transportation links. You will surely like it even more in person than in the photos. Feel free to come and take a look before making your decision.
- The house is located right in front of Nambu Beltway, and you can catch a bus to Gangnam from the nearby bus stop.
