There are a total of 3 rooms. The large room has a queen bed for 2 people, a dining table, a beam projector, and a refrigerator, so it is recommended as a living room lounge or main room. The small room has a super single bed for 1 person, a dryer, a desk, and a wardrobe with drawers. The other small room has a super single bed for 1 person, a table, and a slim wardrobe. There is a bathroom/toilet in the middle of the three rooms, and there is a mini sink, induction cooktop, washing machine, and microwave in the hallway. It is located across from Konkuk University, so it is convenient to use Lotte Department Store, movie theaters, E-Mart, and Konkuk University Subway Station (Lines 2-7). Seongsu and Jamsil are also close, so you can enjoy both sensibility and convenience.
It is 10 minutes away from Konkuk University Station on Line 2 and Line 7. If you cross the Han River, you can directly connect to Cheongdam and Jamsil, and Seongsu Station is one stop away.

It's a neighborhood with abundant infrastructure, including Hangang Park, Konkuk University Hospital, E-Mart, Lotte Department Store, cafes, and restaurants.
If the seasonal average usage fee is exceeded, an additional management fee may be charged.
I had a very satisfying 20-day stay. The washing machine and dryer were incredibly useful. Access to the subway station was very convenient, and the ventilation was excellent, keeping the place cool and comfortable. With three bedrooms, there was absolutely no inconvenience for a group of three people. There is also a convenience store right downstairs, making daily life very convenient during this short-term rental.
