There are three rooms in total; each is for single occupancy and features a door lock to ensure privacy. Residents share the kitchen, living room, and bathroom, making this a cost-effective option particularly well-suited for long-term stays—whether for a week, two weeks, or a full month.
Located just a 9-minute walk from Seomyeon Station, it offers excellent access to the heart of Busan. With convenient subway and bus connections, traveling to major areas like Gwangalli, Haeundae, and Nampo-dong is easy. Its strategic location makes it an ideal base for travel, business trips, or long-term stays.
After checking in, please enter using the door lock as instructed. Private rooms are for single occupancy only, and we ask that you tidy up shared areas (kitchen, living room, and bathroom) after use, in accordance with shared housing etiquette. Please be mindful of noise levels during the night. Please dispose of trash and recyclables according to the designated guidelines, and contact us immediately if any facility issues arise.
Convenience facilities such as convenience stores, cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets are nearby, making it a comfortable place for a long-term stay. Although centrally located, privacy is ensured with individual room door locks, and the shared-house setup offers great value for money.
