House near Gangneung New Town and Ojukheon

This spacious and pleasant accommodation offers great value for money and is within walking distance of Ojukheon.

The interior of the house was as spacious as the photos and spotless in every corner. It was a quiet neighborhood, so there was no noise at all! We enjoyed the atmosphere and grilled pork and beef on the veranda, which was decorated with camping gear and well-ventilated for grilling! Parking was convenient right in front of the house, and although it was a 3rd floor without an elevator, there weren't too many stairs, so we could go up and down quickly. There was nothing missing in terms of furniture and appliances (large table, large sofa, TV, table, desk, Vertuo machine, mini oven, rice cooker, air fryer, vacuum cleaner, washing machine, etc.), and the bedding and towels smelled of a nice fabric softener. However, if I had to pick one slightly disappointing point... there was an old wood smell in the house, perhaps from the building itself! I sprayed the fabric freshener I brought and stayed there, haha. It was close to the bustling Gyodong residential area, so it was good for going out for a drink, delivery was good, and there are many good restaurants nearby! There was a slight hiccup when checking out, but thanks to the host's quick response, we were able to finish our trip without feeling upset. Thank you 👍🏻
