☆ Check-in: 3:00 PM, Check-out: 11:00 AM. ☆ This is a fully furnished "1.5-room" unit (a studio with a separate sleeping area). It features a super-single bed, a single-person folding sofa bed, a smart TV (with Netflix), air conditioning, a vacuum cleaner, and a washer-dryer combo. The kitchen is equipped for light cooking with a gas stove, cookware, tableware, a refrigerator, a microwave, and a rice cooker; a folding dining table is also provided. Bedding, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and towels are provided. Free Wi-Fi is available (internet and cable TV can be installed for an additional fee if required). ☆ Resident registration (moving-in report) is not permitted.
It is an 8-minute walk from Exit 6 of Konkuk University Station and Exit 3 of Seongsu Station. There is a bus stop for Bus No. 146 (bound for Gangnam) right in front of the accommodation.
• Check-in is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. • Once the booking is confirmed, we will send you a message with the door lock passcode before your arrival. • Smoking is prohibited indoors. • Any electricity costs incurred from the use of personal electric heating appliances will be charged as an additional fee.

There is no maintenance fee.
Perfect for a few days near Konkuk and Seongsu (nice areas), though the bathroom is a bit small.
