The location offers excellent convenience for transportation and outdoor activities, situated just a 1-minute walk from the main gate of Chung-Ang University, 30 seconds from a bus stop, 7 minutes from Heukseok Station, and 10 minutes from both the Han River and Yongyangbong Peak. You can also easily access a wide range of amenities—including Baskin-Robbins, Starbucks, Olive Young, and various cafes, restaurants, and convenience stores—within a 1–2 minute walk. Even as the landlord, I consider this location to be incredibly convenient.
Space reservation and payment are handled contactlessly. Due to the nature of short-term rentals, business address registration and resident registration (moving-in report) are not permitted. Smoking is prohibited indoors and on the rooftop. Please separate your waste using the recycling bins provided indoors. Thank you.

The café owner works in the broadcasting and media industry, so you can enjoy a cup of tea on the weekend while hearing firsthand stories from the world of broadcasting. I had to find a place in a hurry after my original short-term rental for the month was cancelled due to a leak, and this place turned out to be absolutely wonderful! It features modern appliances, and the place was so spotless it felt like we were the very first tenants. The bedding was clean and cozy, and the sleeping arrangements comfortably accommodated four people. While the dining area was a bit tight, it was fine for our family of three. The neighborhood is convenient, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and a convenience store nearby, plus a bus stop right out front. Noise was our biggest concern—though not exactly a major downside—and while it was occasionally noisy on weeknights, the commercial area generally quiets down by midnight, making it easy to sleep. It’s really quiet on weekends! The host was attentive to any needs, and the place is fully equipped—you could practically move in with just your clothes. We had a great stay for the month!
They quickly answered any questions I had, and the facilities were very clean. They kept checking in to see if I had any inconveniences, and I really felt at home.
