This space features two bedrooms, a living room, two bathrooms, and a rooftop terrace. It underwent a complete renovation just one month ago, and all furniture and appliances are brand new. The appliances are top-of-the-line new models from major brands, including a WashTower (integrated washer and dryer), a clothing care system (Styler), a cordless vacuum, a steam iron, a microwave, a rice cooker, a water purifier, an induction cooktop, two bidet toilets, a smart TV, three air conditioners, and a food waste refrigerator. Furnishings include four super-single beds, four wardrobes, two vanity tables, a dual-purpose desk/table, and a shoe cabinet. Thank you.
The location offers excellent convenience for transportation and outdoor activities, situated just a 1-minute walk from the main gate of Chung-Ang University, 30 seconds from a bus stop, 7 minutes from Heukseok Station, and 10 minutes from both the Han River and Yongyangbong Peak. You can also easily access a wide range of amenities—including Baskin-Robbins, Starbucks, Olive Young, and various cafes, restaurants, and convenience stores—within a 1–2 minute walk. Even as the landlord, I consider this location to be incredibly convenient.
Space reservation and payment are handled contactlessly. Due to the nature of short-term rentals, business address registration and resident registration (moving-in report) are not permitted. Smoking is prohibited indoors and on the rooftop. Please separate your waste using the recycling bins provided indoors. Thank you.
This space can be summarized in three words: "Atmosphere," "Broadcasting," and "1-Minute Walk to Chung-Ang University." We take great pride in the stylish, atmospheric interior of the unit. There is a traditional tea café on the floor below. The café owner works in the broadcasting and media industry, so you can enjoy a cup of tea on the weekend while hearing firsthand stories from the world of broadcasting. Also—and this is no exaggeration—it is just a one-minute walk from the main gate of Chung-Ang University. We look forward to welcoming you!

A place for comfortable rest, filled with the host's thoughtfulness. 1. Location: Situated right in front of Chung-Ang University, offering easy access to great restaurants. It’s also just a 5-minute walk from the subway station. 2. Amenities: The convenience is top-notch, with even more appliances than a typical home. It includes the basics like a fridge, plus a portable TV, a clothing care system (Styler), a washer-dryer, and even a food waste refrigerator (a first for me). With two bathrooms and two bedrooms, privacy is well-maintained. Everything is brand new, making the space very pleasant. 3. Thoughtfulness: You can feel the host's care in every corner. They provided everything imaginable, from trash bags to a mosquito swatter. Detailed instructions ensured a smooth and comfortable check-in and check-out process. 4. Final Review: It felt like staying in a home prepared by my parents. I tried my best to keep the place clean, just as if it were my own home. I truly enjoyed my one-month stay—thank you! ♡

The accommodation was clean and excellent. All the provided amenities were spotless and in great condition. It felt like the host had put a lot of care into the decor, making it a pleasant place to stay. Any inquiries were addressed immediately, ensuring a comfortable experience. I had to find a place in a hurry after my original short-term rental for the month was cancelled due to a leak, and this place turned out to be absolutely wonderful! It features modern appliances, and the place was so spotless it felt like we were the very first tenants. The bedding was clean and cozy, and the sleeping arrangements comfortably accommodated four people. While the dining area was a bit tight, it was fine for our family of three. The neighborhood is convenient, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and a convenience store nearby, plus a bus stop right out front. Noise was our biggest concern—though not exactly a major downside—and while it was occasionally noisy on weeknights, the commercial area generally quiets down by midnight, making it easy to sleep. It’s really quiet on weekends! The host was attentive to any needs, and the place is fully equipped—you could practically move in with just your clothes. We had a great stay for the month!
