The size was just right for two people. While the condition of the wallpaper and the presence of stray pet hair—likely from a previous guest—were a bit disappointing, there were plenty of cleaning supplies, household items, and detergents provided, so I had a comfortable stay.
I stayed here for a month. Here is my honest review. Pros 1. There is good bus access near the accommodation, making it quick to get to Songpa Station. It takes about 15 minutes to walk there, which I did for exercise. 2. Pets are allowed. 3. There is a large TV, so you can watch Netflix or YouTube. 4. A vacuum cleaner is provided, which helps keep the place clean. 5. There are many convenience stores nearby. Cons 1. Although parking is listed as available, it wasn't actually possible; parking in front of the building carries a risk of fines. 2. The window is partially broken and hasn't been repaired, and due to the location, there is constant noise from delivery motorcycles day and night. 3. The unit next door is run as an Airbnb, so there is a lot of noise from people coming and going. 4. I stayed in the room at the scheduled time for a gas inspection, but no one showed up; when I called back, they said they had confused my unit with another one. They should have notified me in advance, but they didn't. 5. On my first day, there was already trash left by a previous occupant in the bin. Toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were provided but the bottles were nearly empty. The rubber gloves had chili powder residue from previous use, so I didn't use them at all and bought new ones. The frying pan was in such poor condition that I had to buy a new one. The freezer was 20% covered in frost. I paid a cleaning fee, yet the place wasn't clean. 6. I value good ventilation, but due to the room's layout, there is no cross-breeze, making it difficult to air out the room. 7. The bed creaked every time I lay down; upon inspection, I found the lower part of the bed frame was broken.
I used it well for a month. ^^
