- Check-in is contactless. - We will send you check-in and usage instructions one day prior to your arrival. - Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. (If you check out late, an additional fee of 10,000 KRW per 30 minutes applies and may be deducted from your deposit. If the delay exceeds two hours or disrupts the next reservation or cleaning schedule, additional costs or compensation for actual damages may be deducted.) - Please return the property to its original condition upon check-out. - Leaving trash unattended for a long time attracts flying insects. Please observe basic hygiene practices to ensure a sanitary stay.
- We do not accept requests for advance viewings, additional discounts, or single-day bookings. - You may be subject to forced eviction if persistent complaints arise due to issues such as illegal trash dumping or noise disturbances within the building. - Compensation for damages will be charged in the event of property damage or soiling. - Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited. The full security deposit will be forfeited if these rules are violated. - Please refrain from the following: Cooking pork belly or deep-fried foods Leaving without washing the dishes Leaving trash in the room upon departure Leaving behind stubborn stains (e.g., blood, cosmetics) Any other actions requiring special cleaning or replacement of items
