If the delay exceeds two hours or disrupts the next reservation or cleaning schedule, additional costs or compensation for actual damages may be deducted.) - Please return the property to its original condition upon check-out. - Leaving trash unattended for a long time attracts flying insects. Please observe basic hygiene practices to ensure a sanitary stay.
- We do not accept requests for advance visits, additional discounts, or single-day bookings. - You may be subject to forced eviction if persistent complaints arise due to issues such as illegal trash dumping or noise disturbances within the building. - Compensation for damages will be charged in the event of property damage or soiling. - Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited. Violation will result in the forfeiture of the entire security deposit upon checkout. - Please refrain from the following: Cooking pork belly (samgyeopsal) or deep-fried foods Leaving without washing the dishes Leaving trash in the room upon checkout Leaving behind stubborn stains or marks (e.g., blood, cosmetics) Any actions requiring special cleaning or replacement will incur additional charges.
