You can catch a bus to the city center from the bus stop right in front of the house (a 30-second walk away).

⭐️ Information 1. It is a 10-minute drive to EXCO and Chilgok Kyungpook National University Hospital. 2. There is an excellent walking path along the Geumho River (5-minute walk). 3. Large supermarkets, convenience stores, and banks are all nearby (1-minute walk). 4. It is conveniently located right in front of a restaurant district (1-minute walk). 5. Security cameras are installed outside the building for safety.
Charges for items not included in the management fee will be calculated and billed upon check-out. Additional management fees may be charged if included items are used excessively.
The room condition was the same as in the photos. The host checked on me frequently to make sure I wasn't uncomfortable and promptly addressed my requests, for which I was grateful. The bus stop, mart, convenience store, and restaurants were all within a 1-2 minute walk, which was convenient.
I had a very comfortable and relaxing stay! The host was very considerate, the house was aesthetically pleasing and spacious, making it great to use, and it was comfortable even for a stay of several weeks!!! I highly recommend it. ㅎㅎ
