After moving in, I encountered various pests, including cockroaches, and cement dust kept appearing—likely due to the bathroom renovation. Even after cleaning repeatedly, the problem persisted. Although I raised these issues, the landlord simply stated that the previous tenant had no complaints and that they were unaware of the situation because they had never lived there themselves. I ended up having to stay at my daughter's place for about half of the three-week period. The current state of the property makes it difficult to consider it a suitable environment for a standard rental. I also believe it was problematic to rent out the property without properly verifying its condition beforehand.
