When the Bluetooth indicator turns red, connect to "Stanmore Bluetooth" on your smartphone. (Please refrain from using it during late evening hours.) * Kitchen - 2-burner gas stove * Heating The boiler controller is located in the second bedroom. The temperature is usually maintained at 19–21°C. Feel free to raise it by 1–2°C if you feel cold. Hot Water ♨️: Press the 'Hot Water' (Onsu) button when taking a shower. 🥼 Laundry Front-loading washing machine and dryer provided. After using the dryer, please empty the water tank located at the top left. Also, please leave the detergent dispenser and the doors of both the washer and dryer open; closing them can cause mold growth.
⚠️ Other Important Notices - Please remove your shoes at the entrance; wearing shoes indoors is prohibited. - Please keep noise levels down after 9 PM. Neighbors live next door and downstairs. Please refrain from loud talking or using speakers late at night. You will be required to check out immediately without a refund if noise complaints arise. - You are liable for compensation if any items are broken or damaged. - Please wash any dishes you have used. - Please refrain from eating or drinking on the bedding; additional fees will apply if stains occur. - Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited (includes both e-cigarettes and regular cigarettes; a fee of 300,000 KRW will be charged for smoking). - Pets are not allowed; a fine of 200,000 KRW will be charged for violations. - Do not operate the heating or air conditioning with the windows open. - Immediate checkout is required in cases of smoking, pets, excessive noise, or undisclosed additional guests. - There is a CCTV camera outside the entrance. - An additional fee of 10,000 KRW per hour applies if you check out after the 11 AM deadline. - A fee of 200,000 KRW will be charged for undisclosed parties or events. - Do not charge e-cigarettes using the accommodation's high-speed chargers; please use a charger compatible with your device. We are not responsible for any issues that arise. - If staining or contamination occurs due to guest activities (such as hair dyeing), resulting in the need for special cleaning, a fine of 200,000 KRW plus additional cleaning costs will be charged.
