The room is very clean as the wallpaper and floor were recently redone. Enjoy the luck of being the first occupant after the wallpaper was redone. It is bright, cozy, and has a good room structure, making it convenient to live in. Although you have to share the shower and toilet, it is actually better to use them as a professional cleaning company manages the common areas. Excellent value for money!!!
It is a 2-minute walk from Seoul National University Station. The Seoul National University shuttle bus is nearby. There is a bus stop right in front of the gosiwon, making it convenient to travel to Seoul. It has very high accessibility to Hongdae, Sinchon, Gangnam, and Jamsil on Line 2.
This goshiwon is in a prime location, with Olive Young, Daiso, Starbucks, banks, traditional markets, and Sharosu-gil all within walking distance (accessible in slippers)! Located on an 8-lane main road, ensuring a safe return home for women. Operating a women-only floor for added safety.
There are no additional management fees on top of the admission fee.
